Superior Manor, in Brownsville, Florida, is a New Urban Development project (a subsidiary of the Urban League of Greater Miami) that seeks to be “The” catalyst project for a long neglected neighborhood of Miami. This UFAS compliant residential project, on a 1.5 acre site, consists of 139 one-bedroom elderly housing units with amenities including a library, gym, community center, and roof terrace. Superior Manor is built as Phase I of a multi-phase development in the area. The project has received overwhelming approvals from all community groups and approved unanimously by the County Commission in its request for Land Use changes to the Planning Code of Miami-Dade County.
