Grand Dobles De Segovia is project designed in a clear, clean and appropriate manner, as a part of a unified three building development project that occupies the northeast corner of Segovia Street and Catalonia Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida. It is part of the Duplex zoned corridor that lines Segovia Street along a north/south axis. The Segovia Street corridor, from Alhambra on the north to Bird Road on the south, consists of a collection of one and two story buildings, of single and duplex zoning classification uses, comprised of an eclectic variation of unremarkable architecture and none of any historic designation.   As a part of a three building development, each structure is different and unique, responding to different program requirements, site orientations and setback restraints, yet maintaining a complimentary design cohesiveness.  The project is unique to this site, location, orientation, context and neighborhood, and as such, will be a positive and welcomed contributor to this area of Coral Gables.
