Casa Grove III, in contrast to Casa Grove II, is designed with a focus on an “outdoor” living room, anchored by a square pool and patio, as the focus of most of the ground level public spaces. This house is designed for entertaining large groups or intimate settings.  With no large volumes in the interior, Casa Grove II takes advantage of vistas and views from most bedrooms and second level terraces, allowing the “borrowing” of light, volume and air from the surroundings as originally conceptualized.
