This four story mixed use building has been approved by the city of South Miami, Florida under their “Hometown Plan”. This modern interpretation of the “New Urbanists” flawed rules and regulations will infuse new life and visual excitement to the city of South Miami’s South Dixie Highway corridor that has stagnated for many years.
