Tower V is a 48 story up-scale hi-rise condominium project designed within the existing site of the renowned Four Ambassador project in the City of Miami. The design for Renzi Development includes 650,000 square feet of mixed-use space including apartments, townhouses, retail and commercial. Sitting at the end of the southwest 8th street corridor and fronting on Biscayne Bay to the east, this site acts as a gateway to the Claughton Island access bridge. It sits one block from the Brickell Avenue corridor and within walking distance to Miami’s downtown center. Occupying one of the last remaining premiere site on the bay, this stately new hi-rise is envisioned to reinvigorate the failing Four Ambassador complex back to the prominence it once held in the city.
Tower V offers exclusive apartment with four units per floor with common dual elevator cores per pair of unit. Each unit will enjoy duals view towards the Biscayne Bay, as well as towards the city to the west. The Integrated parking facility for Tower V will contain parking for 560 vehicles from which 200 spaces will be made available to alleviate the current parking shortfall of the existing complex.
Amenities provided in the project will include exclusive gymnasium facilities with views of the bay, meeting rooms, party rooms, pool plaza level with sauna rooms, whirlpool area, and oversized swimming pool area.
