The proposed RAD program for the redevelopment of two half city blocks which constitute the project sites with several existing duplex and single-family residences which will be demolished before construction of the proposed two Mixed-Use Residential Buildings are developed.

The North Tower, a Mixed-Use Multi-Family Residential building, is a proposed 22-story residential building with vehicular ingress and egress from Day and Percival Avenue. The ground floor will have commercial spaces, parking, and mechanical and electrical rooms. The building will have a total of up to 495 residential units.

The South Tower, a Mixed-Use Multi-Family Residential building, is a proposed 17-story residential building with vehicular ingress and egress from Percival and Oak Avenue. The ground floor will have commercial spaces, parking, and mechanical and electrical rooms. The building will have a total of up to 295 residential units.
